Council Activities and Meetings

Members of the Belknap County Citizens Council on Children and Families meet together as a full Council from 8-10am on the third Friday of each month. The meetings are usually held at the County Complex in downtown Laconia. All Council meetings are open to anyone and time is allotted for public input at every full Council meeting. Summaries of each full Council meeting are posted on this website. Call the Citizens Council office at 603-527-5477 for meeting locations and/or to be placed on the meeting agenda.

In order to address the issues in Belknap County as described in the Web of Challenges, the Council sponsors a number of other networks and task teams that meet together on a regular basis. A schedule of monthly Council and other committee meetings is available by clicking here.

The Council also sponsors other meetings and activities around Belknap County to address current issues affecting children and families. The Council supports and shares information on all non-Council activities and meetings occurring around Belknap County that relate to the mission of the Council.
